Also, availability of boots can change without notice. So while we update our site regularly, there may be times when a listed boot is no longer available.
Back orders
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the boot industry, all sizes and styles are not available all the time. When an item is out of stock in our store and back ordered from the manufacturer, we will immediately notify you, and give the you option to wait, change, or cancel the order.
Order Processing and Delivery
Orders generally take 2 business days to process, so keep that in mind when ordering. Generally, items take 5-7 days for the items to reach their destination, especially during the holiday season.
Shipping
Orders are shipped either Parcel Post or UPS Ground (your choice). Next Day air is available upon request to the continental United States. Call 414-325-7208 or Email Us for details.
On international orders, shipping is calculated after the customer's ship destination is given. If you would like to be notified of shipping costs before the order is processed, state so in the special instructions box on the order form. Shipments are usually made via ground service, although other options may be available in your country. Contact us for details.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of the order. We accept credit cards, checks, and money orders. Other forms of payment may be available in the future. Checks must clear before payment items are shipped. A $20 fee is applied to all returned checks.
Payment must be in US funds only. Support for other currencies such as the Euro may be available in the future.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of the purchase in the original packaging for a refund. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE PROPER SIZE!
